Update: dear readers, this giveaway has reached its dramatic conclusion. We have our winners. A special thanks goes out to all of you who responded so quickly. First 5 responders: keep checking your inboxes because we’ll be getting in touch with you soon to send you your free DVD and pound of marijuana. 6th responder: can we interest you in a back massage?
You read that right. It says “NOT LIVE.” This Tuesday, Tim and Eric are returning to Super Deluxe. But instead of doing their “NITE LIVE” show from Los Angeles, they’ll be debuting the first in a series of “NOT LIVE” videos from the road.
Which may be the closest you’ll be able to get to them these days if you haven’t already bought tickets to their Awesome Show, Great Job!™ Tour 2008. As you can see from this helpful MySpace calendar, they’re selling out everywhere.
Except Asheville. And Lawrence. And Seattle. And Los Angeles. They haven’t sold out in those cities.
OK, now for the DVD giveaway part. We have 5 copies of Tim And Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! Season One that we want to rid ourselves of.

Seeing as our other DVD giveaway is going so well (only 2 people have responded), we’ll make this one a bit easier: all you have to do is write a short essay in the comments below explaining why you should receive a free DVD. That’s it. Type up a persuasive lil’ paragraph for us and it’s yours. Easy.
First and foremost, we are outraged that Richard Dunn’s dead. We can’t believe somebody would actually shoot and kill that poor old man on last night’s season finale of Tim And Eric Nite Live. It just sickens us to our stomachs and we just ask that if any of you viewers have any information about “whodunnit,” please email us whodunnit@superdeluxe.com.
OK, now that we got that icky death stuff out of the way, can we just say how happy, how thrilled, how absolutely overjoyed we are that Tim and Eric managed to put aside their petty differences and reunite for the season finale? What a truly wonderful treat that was. For a second there, we thought that they were goners: no more Tim and Eric, no more Awesome Show, Great Job! and worst of all, no more Nite Live.
But thanks be to live Internet TV, that’s not the case. So, to celebrate, we here at the Super Deluxe blog decided to do a little special something in honor of Tim and Eric’s big “compromise”: we put together this little collection of photos to show that we (me and Sane Dave) are a pair of cool guys that kind of resemble another pair of cool guys that all like to get along with each other. Check it out…
Pretty cool, huh? Oh, and there’s also this interview we did with them today over Skype. Just me, Sane Dave, Tim and Eric. All getting along thanks to “compromise.”
Assuming you’ve already watched his Super Deluxe premiere today, have subsequently become his biggest fan and now need to consume extra bits of Tim and Eric’s right-hand man, we’re offering these beautiful portraits for you to look at.
And it promises to be explosive. Two episodes ago, Tim and Eric had a catastrophic falling out right here on live Internet TV. Then, last week, Tim was forced to do the show by his lonesome because the duo still hadn’t mended fences.
Now it’s down to their very last Nite Live of the season. Will Tim and Eric make up? Or will they simply break up for good? What will happen to David Lieb Hart? And Richard Dunn? And James Quall? And will the Super Deluxe blog have an exclusive Skype interview with at least one of them up by the end of the day? Find out soon.
Update: this episode is now up on the site here.
Folks, we’re still in shock. Last night’s Valentine’s-themed Tim And Eric Nite Live titillated us in ways we never knew were possible. If you missed the live broadcast, just savor this photo-recap until we put the entire episode up.
Now, let’s see. There was the steamy scene with Eric and Richard Dunn in bed together…
There was Tim pleasuring himself on live Internet TV and then finding true love with a beautiful crimson-maned transvestite…
And then there was the ultimate Valentine’s climax equal in magnitude to 100 heart-shaped tennis bracelets from Kay Jewelers: JOHN MAYER!!!
Fresh off his post-Grammy dis of Paris Hilton, Mr. “His Body Is A Wonderland” was indeed live. And looking dreamy. We even Skyped Tim and Eric just to make sure WE weren’t the ones doing the dreaming. Haha. Get it?
Sigh.
…judging by this promotional graphic.
We’ve also received word that the dynamic duo will be going ALL OUT tonite in the name of American democracy and freedom, although you’ll just have to tune in RIGHT HERE at 10 PM EST to find out who the special guests will be. So far, there’s no indication whether FRUMONDAH© SODA will be sponsoring the program again like they did last week. When Steven Spielberg was on.
It’s been a long seven-week break. A lot has happened since they were last on Internet air. Christmas. New Year’s. Heath Ledger. But now we can finally breathe easy again (and make crappy Photoshop reminders). Because the boys are back in the proverbial town!!
And word is, Super Deluxe’s new favorite Nigerian cola, FRUMONDAH©, will be making a special appearance in tonight’s broadcast. FRUMONDAH©. SMILE, HAPPY, NICE©.
Now, we don’t want to throw cold water on their big return, but we can’t help but notice that all does not appear to be well among the Tim And Eric Nite Live faithful. It seems some think the hosts should part ways, although they’re not in agreement about which one is the weaker link. Perhaps T&E fans sense a growing discord between the chameleon-like duo that we’re simply not privy to. Witness:
Hmm. Kind of confusing. And then came Super Deluxe member Itchy Pinworm’s brutal tirade.
Ouch. To make matters worse, the beloved Tim And Eric Nite Live regular, David Liebe Hart, seems to have been caught in the crossfire of all the Haterade drinking.
Whoa! What’s with all this David Liebe Hate? Just for that particularly nasty comment, SteWiePukes, we are going to repost our recent podcast, Tim And Eric Nite Live: Best Of The Regulars, and celebrate Mr. Liebe Hart’s contributions to the entertainment world and humanity at large.
Don’t make any plans for next week. Especially at 10 PM EST on Tuesday January 29th. Our ombudsman David Levin explains why.
Just six days. Six short days until Tim And Eric Nite Live return.
In the meantime, please don’t do anything stupid. Just use this time to savor all the random weirdos that regularly hang out on their show.
People, there are still 13 DAYS LEFT until Tim And Eric Nite Live returns to Super Deluxe. 13 days. We did the math, and that’s roughly two weeks. Roughly two weeks too long, we say. What the hell are we supposed to do with ourselves on Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. EST until January 29th? Watch this?
found at Yes But No But Yes
Actually, we could watch that for the next 13 YEARS and never think about Tim or Eric ever again. But we digress. The point of this post is to share with you today’s podcast. Which is this: a smart lil’ compilation of all of the pre-produced bits from the first six broadcasts of Tim And Eric Nite Live. That should hold at least some of you over for now. That and the booty meat.
